Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 11, 2026

Internal use

Operator is a private, internal business operations platform. Access is granted only to authorized users of the operating business. You must keep your access credentials confidential and use the platform only for legitimate business purposes.

Responsible operation

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, the communications they send, and the decisions they make using Operator. Automated features are designed to assist operations; they do not replace professional judgment, required approvals, or compliance obligations.

Third-party services

Operator may connect with third-party services, including email, payments, cloud data, advertising, and mapping providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and availability.

Confidentiality

Client records, financial details, internal notes, operational processes, and all other non-public information in Operator are confidential. Do not disclose, export, or use that information outside authorized business activity.

Availability and changes

Operator may be updated, changed, paused, or discontinued as operational needs require. Features and integrations are provided on an as-available basis and should be reviewed before relying on them for time-sensitive work.

Contact

Questions about these terms should be directed to the administrator of your Operator instance.
